The Department encourages dialogue among young artists and cultural professionals that evolves into positive artistic interventions, dynamic cultural networks and cultural policy development in and between Asia and Europe.

Project Officer, Cultural Exchange
The Cultural Exchange Department seeks to engage a motivated project officer for a one-year contract with option to renewal upon satisfactory performance starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be assisting the Director of the department.
